Melissa Wacha

Melissa Wacha, LPQ, currently serves as the Director of Asset Protection Operations and Investigations at Meijer since February 2024. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Associate Director Asset Protection, Safety, and Risk - Physical Retail at Wayfair from March 2022 to February 2024. Melissa's career in asset protection spans over a decade at Walmart, where various roles included Director of Asset Protection Operations and Senior Manager of Asset Protection Training, among others. Earlier in the career, Melissa worked at Lowe's as an Area Loss Prevention Manager and Loss Prevention and Safety Manager. Education was obtained at the University of Delaware from 1999 to 2003.
