Niki Carnahan

Niki Carnahan is an accomplished sourcing professional with extensive experience in the retail industry. Currently serving as Director of Sourcing at Meijer since June 2015, Niki has previously held roles as Senior Sourcing Manager and Sourcing Manager within the company. Prior to Meijer, Niki worked at L Brands for a decade, where responsibilities included developing global sourcing strategies and managing product development for Bath & Body Works and Victoria’s Secret, contributing to significant vendor spend and sales. Niki began the career as a Product Development Coordinator and progressed through various roles, showcasing strong skills in vendor negotiation, cost engineering, and team management. Niki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Transportation and Logistics, as well as Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
