Carmelo Micciche

Carmelo Micciche is a PhD student and Data Scientist at Meilleurs Agents since May 2019, focusing on the improvement of real estate valuation models, price mapping, and indexes, while researching the dynamics of the French residential real estate market. Previously, Carmelo held an internship as a Data Scientist, where modeling of real estate market price indexes and clustering of urban areas were key responsibilities. At VeryChic, automation of targeting and recommendation algorithms for a large database was completed during a Data Scientist internship. Early experience includes a Project Manager internship at 1000mercis Group, with a focus on customer management and database processing. Carmelo holds a Master's degree in Engineering from CentraleSupélec and completed preparatory classes in mathematics, physics, and chemistry at Lycée Fabert Metz.
