Carl Schuster's work experience begins in 2002 when they completed an internship at Deutsche Bank. In 2004, they interned at Best Western International. In 2005, they worked as a Junior Analyst at JPMorgan. From 2006 to 2013, they held various roles at Bain & Company, starting as an Associate Consultant Intern and eventually becoming a Case Team Leader. In 2013, they co-founded myDriver - MD Digital Mobility GmbH & Co. KG and served as the CEO and CFO until 2016. In 2016, they became a Business Angel at Schuster Venture Consulting GmbH. Finally, in 2017, they founded MeinAlarm24 GmbH and currently serves as the Founder and CEO.

From 2002 to 2003, they attended The University of Göttingen and obtained a Vordiplom degree in BWL (Betriebswirtschaftslehre).

From 2003 to 2006, they studied at ESCP Business School and earned a Msc. in Management, as well as Diplomkaufmann and Diplôme de Grande Ecole.

Finally, from 2008 to 2012, they pursued their studies at Goethe University Frankfurt and obtained a Doktor degree in Finance.
