Jeff Swirsky has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Jeff most recently worked as Vice President of Operations at Meisel Holdings Managed Services starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as General Manager at StepStone Hospitality where they oversaw the conversion of an independent hotel into a Marriott brand and managed extensive renovations. Jeff also held General Manager positions at Holiday Inn Resort Orlando-Lake Buena Vista and Paramount Hospitality Management. Additionally, Jeff had the role of Regional Director of Hotel Operations at AD1 Global where they oversaw multiple hotels and managed brand changes. Jeff began their career as the Director of Rooms at Sheraton Indianapolis and Westin Suites. Overall, Jeff has demonstrated expertise in hotel management, operations, and renovations throughout their career.
Jeff Swirsky obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University in the years 1986 to 1988. Jeff then pursued an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Nassau Community College from 1984 to 1986. In 2019, Jeff Swirsky completed the Central Florida Political Leadership Institute, graduating with a 2019 PLI Graduate designation. Jeff also holds additional certifications including a Post-Crisis Leadership Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education (obtained in 2020), a Community Association Manager (CAM) certification from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (obtained in 2015), and a Certified Rooms Division Executive (CRDE) certification from the AHLEI - American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.
