Julie Hajjar

Julie Hajjar has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Julie is currently working as the Executive Vice President at Meissner Commercial Real Estate Services since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Cruzan from 2014 to 2019, where they held the role of Acquisitions and Asset Management. Their previous experience includes working at JB Investments from 2006 to 2014, specializing in acquisitions, financing, and leasing. Before that, they worked at Cruzan | Monroe from 2002 to 2006, focusing on acquisitions and asset management. Julie began their career at Irving Hughes in 1999, where they gained expertise in market and financial analysis.

Julie Hajjar completed their Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance at the University of San Diego, which they attended until 2002. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a California Real Estate Broker from the California Department of Real Estate in 2005.
