Alma Berberović has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Alma started their career at Philip Morris International in 2006 as an Office Assistant/Receptionist and later held various roles such as Supply Chain Coordinator, Procurement/Supply Chain Coordinator, and Office Administrator. In 2016, they joined Trenkwalder International AG as a Regional Manager - Sales and Recruiter. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Kolektiv d.o.o. - (MojPosao.ba), taking on roles such as Temporary Staffing Consultant, Recruitment and Staffing Consultant, and Corporate Account Manager. In 2021, Alma joined PG Forsta as a Sales Development Manager for the DACH region, and later became a Customer Success Manager. Most recently, they joined Meister in 2023 as a Customer Success Manager.

Alma Berberović has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Sarajevo. Alma attended the university from 2002 to 2008. In 2017, Alma enrolled at the Business Academy Starter and obtained a certificate in Sales and Human Resources in 2018. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Foundations of Project Management from Google in February 2023 and Market Research Foundations from LinkedIn in August 2022.
