Seamus Gallagher has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Limerick from September 2013 to May 2014. During this time, they taught basic Linear Algebra and Calculus to first-year undergraduate students.
In 2015, Seamus worked as an Intern in Market Analysis at Austrian Power Grid AG. Their main responsibility was to develop a GUI in MATLAB that allowed interaction with and visualization of a synthetic European electricity grid model. This GUI provided users with the ability to edit existing network properties and create new power plants, transmission lines, and demand centers.

From 2017 onwards, Seamus joined Meister, where they held various roles. Seamus started as a Frontend Engineer and worked on the development of frontend components. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Senior Frontend Engineer. In 2021, Seamus became the Frontend Team Lead, responsible for leading the frontend team's efforts. In 2023, they took on the position of Senior Frontend Engineer again.
