Stefanie Hofbauer has a strong background in hotel and customer service roles. Stefanie started their career as a Receptionist at Derag Livinghotels AG + Co. KG in 2005 and later worked at Aviano-Baronesse my secret home as a Receptionist & Reservations specialist from 2007 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Arlberg Hospiz Hotel as a Receptionist. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Guest Services member at Hotel 41 - part of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection. Stefanie then moved on to The Montague on the Gardens- part of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection, where they served as an Assistant Reception Manager from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they worked briefly as a Guest Relations Manager at Renaissance Hotels before joining ActiLingua Academy as a Customer Service Agent & Hotel Manager from 2017 to 2019. Stefanie then returned to Meister as an Office Manager in 2019, with a brief break in employment from January 2020 to April 2022. Stefanie currently holds the role of Office Manager at Meister since April 2022.
Stefanie Hofbauer completed their education from 2000 to 2005 at Hotel- und Tourismusschulen Modul, where they obtained their Matura degree in Hotel Management. In addition to their formal education, they also hold a Practical Training Certificate from People 1st, which they obtained in September 2016.
