Luis Caviglia

Luis Caviglia is a Co-Founder of Ritual and Meitre, and has held various roles in the past. In 2021, they began their role as Co-Founder of Ritual. In 2016, they became the Co-Founder of Meitre and Meitre.com, where they were responsible for reinventing restaurant reservations with fairness, transparency, efficiency, and a special touch of grace. In 2012, they were a Referee for the London Society of Rugby Football Union Referees, and in 2006 they were a Communication Design Professional and Partner at vixur. In 2018, they were a part of Y Combinator's W18 cohort. In 2012, they were the Head of New Media Communication and Social Media Strategist for the VI Summit of the Americas. Luis was also a Referee for the Unión de Rugby del Uruguay in 2003, a Communication Management for Stella Maris College in 2009, and the Head of New Media Communication for the Presidential Campaign of Luis Alberto Lacalle, Partido Nacional in 2008.

Luis Caviglia has an education history that includes attending Y Combinator in 2018, where they obtained a W18 degree in Startups. Luis also attended Universidad de Montevideo, but did not receive a degree.
