David Forland

David Forland has a strong background in software development and operations. David started their career at Redback Networks as a Junior Developer in October 2008 and was quickly promoted to Developer in July 2009. David worked in this role until April 2011. Afterward, they joined LineRate as a Developer in April 2011, where they were responsible for technical design, software integration, and code efficiency. In August 2014, they transitioned to CUnet, taking on the role of Senior Developer/Team Lead until January 2017. From January 2017 to October 2019, they served as the Head of Operations at CUnet. Since October 2019, they have been the Chief Operating Officer at Meitu Inc.
