Rongjun Mu

Rongjun MU is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and people management. As Co-founder and Chief People Officer at Meituan.com since January 2010, Rongjun MU focuses on talent development, capabilities enhancement, and cultural initiatives. Previously, Rongjun MU served as Co-founder and VP of Engineering at fanfou.com from 2007 to 2009 and held several engineering roles at Baidu, Inc. between March 2005 and June 2007, starting as an intern software engineer and advancing to Senior Software Engineer. Rongjun MU earned a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Automation from Tsinghua University, completing studies in 2005 and 2002, respectively.
