Khalid Shaban

Khalid Shaban has over 13 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications sector, currently serving as a Pre-Sales & Support Engineer at Mejdaf Trading Group since August 2010. In this role, Khalid manages tenders and RFPs, develops technical proposals, and oversees hardware and software configurations for various IT products. Prior experience includes serving as a Systems Engineer at MisrTech SAE, where responsibilities encompassed installation, configuration, troubleshooting of equipment, and managing a team of junior engineers. Khalid also worked as a Pre-Sales Engineer at TTC Transworld, focusing on systems integration services.
