Mara Andreicuţ

Mara Andreicuţ has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Junior Software Developer at Yonder in 2015. Mara then took on the roles of Scrum Master & Community Lead, Software Developer & Scrum Master, and Progress Developer at Yonder. In 2018, Mara became Co-Founder at Br4in Mas Technologies. In 2019, they moved to Programming Pool as a Consulting Business Analyst and Lead Business Analyst. In 2021, Mara took on the roles of Development Lead & Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst & Scrum Master Consultant at MEJIX, and Scrum Master / Project Manager at Fortech.

Mara Andreicuţ attended Babeș-Bolyai University from 2014 to 2017, where they studied Computer Science. In 2021, they obtained three certifications from LinkedIn: Agile Software Development: Transforming Your Organization, Scrum: Advanced, and Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management.
