Danielle Colby

Danielle Colby is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people programs and talent management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People Programs at Mejuri from April 2021 to February 2024, Danielle leads the design and evolution of global people programs. Previous roles include Manager of People, where focus was on People Analytics and Talent Strategy, and as a People Operations Business Partner, contributing to total rewards strategies and talent management. Danielle is also a member of The People Group, working towards enhancing employee and candidate experiences, and serves as a mentor with Monday Girl, supporting career development for Canadian women. Additional experience includes HR Business Partner and HR Coordinator at the Toronto International Film Festival and roles in recruitment at Randstad Canada. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Education from McGill University and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown College.
