Sara Gooding

Sara Gooding is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in organizational development, people services, and leadership coaching. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People Services & PMO at Stockland since November 2018, Sara has successfully managed various projects, including refreshing the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and creating a high-potential program for mid-level leaders. Previous roles include HR Business Partner at Oil Search Limited, HR Manager at VistaJet, and People & Performance Manager at Restless Development, where Sara contributed significantly to the development of HR strategies and programs. Educational credentials include a BSc in Sport Rehabilitation from St. Mary's University and a Level One Certificate in Organisational Coaching from IECL, alongside an Associate Member certification in Human Resource Management from CIPD.
