Jennifer MacIocia

Jennifer Maciocia has a diverse work experience in the field of people management. Currently, they hold the position of Director, People at Mejuri since November 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager, People at Mejuri from November 2022 to November 2023. Before joining Mejuri, Jennifer worked at Aritzia, where they served as a Regional Manager, Talent Acquisition from August 2019 to December 2021, and as a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition from September 2018 to August 2019. Jennifer also held the roles of District Manager from February 2016 to September 2018 and Store Manager from June 2014 to February 2016 at Aritzia. In addition to their work at Aritzia, Jennifer also worked as an Associate Store Manager at Club Monaco from October 2013 to June 2014.

Jennifer Maciocia completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Health Sciences from the University of Ottawa in 2010. Jennifer then pursued a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management at Seneca Polytechnic in 2013. Taking their education further, they earned a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto in 2016.
