Aldo Prasmara

Aldo Prasmara is a Senior Research & Product Analyst at Mekari, where responsibilities include conducting research and product analysis for Talenta to inform product development and strategy since February 2019. Aldo has over four years of experience as a UX Researcher at Mekari, focusing on HRIS and generating actionable insights through various research methods. Previously, Aldo worked as a Researcher at Cyberius - Digital Marketing Agency and served as a Leader Program Trainee and Researcher at UX Indonesia, Indonesia’s premier UX training and consulting provider. Aldo holds a Master's degree in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Management from STIE YKPN Business School, as well as a Senior High School diploma from Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta.
