Candra Putra Avisa has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2014, they began their career as an Assistant Lecturer in Operational Management at Trisakti University. In 2016, they joined Talenta.co as a Senior HRIS SUPPORT, where they stayed until 2018. Following this, they worked as an Insurance Specialist at Manulife Indonesia for a year. In 2019, Candra joined Talenta by Mekari as part of the Key Account Management team. Currently, Candra is working at Mekari as the Customer Success Lead for Large Enterprise Account at Talenta by Mekari, where they are responsible for managing the Customer Success Manager Team and ensuring a seamless customer journey for a diverse portfolio of accounts.

Candra Putra Avisa obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General from Universitas Trisakti between the years 2012 and 2016.
