Fazry Kurniawan has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. Fazry started their career as a Sales and Marketing Intern at PT. Generasi Digital Internasional (GDILab) in February 2016, where they later became a Sales and Marketing Officer in August 2016. After that, they worked as an Account Executive at MuslimahCenter.com from February 2017 to October 2017. Fazry then joined Sleekr - #1 HR & Accounting Software in October 2017 as a Customer Success member until February 2019. Following this, they moved to Mekari in February 2019 as a Customer Success Supervisor, and eventually became the Head of Customer Success in April 2022. Throughout their career, Fazry also served as the Vice PIC Energy at Young On Top Campus Ambassadors from July 2015 to July 2016.

Fazry Kurniawan pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universitas Bakrie from 2013 to 2017. Fazry then furthered their education in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services by obtaining a Magister Management degree from PPM School Of Management from 2019 to 2021.
