Jouni Kähkönen

Jouni K. is an experienced service and instructional designer with a strong background in improving wellbeing services and utilizing design methods in various projects. Most recently, Jouni worked as a Service Designer at the University of Lapland on the Active Arctic project, enhancing wellness and health services in remote areas. Previous roles included service design at BusinessOulu and freelancing for Pohjolan Palvelumuotoilutoimisto PAMU, focusing on brand and product development. Jouni also contributed to UX/UI design for food companies and led a service design team at Dash Lapland, a design hackathon. Jouni holds a Master of Arts in Design from the University of Lapland and has furthered education in project management and information technology.
