Mikaela Liron-Andersson

Mikaela Liron-Andersson has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Mikaela currently serves as the Head of Business Development & Sustainability at MEKO, where they are responsible for driving growth and sustainability initiatives. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Business Development at Bileko Car Parts and as a Business Development Manager at MEKO, focusing on purchasing, supply, and corporate social responsibility. Before entering the automotive industry, Mikaela worked at PwC as a Manager and Team Manager, leading a team in project and organizational assessment. Mikaela also served as a Management Consultant at PwC, assisting clients from diverse sectors with process improvement, change management, digitalization, program and project management, and sustainability. Earlier in their career, Mikaela worked as a Marketing Assistant at the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Madrid, a Sales Representative at Länsförsäkringar, a Team Leader at IM, Individuell Människohjälp, and completed an internship at the Swedish Trade Council. Mikaela started their career at ICA Gruppen, where they worked as a Delikatessbiträde and Kassabiträde.

Mikaela Liron-Andersson completed their Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm University in 2011. Prior to that, they pursued Business, international marketing, strategic management, and sales management at the University of Deusto from 2009 to 2010. Mikaela also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Lund University, which they earned from 2008 to 2010. Mikaela started their undergraduate studies at Lund University in 2005, majoring in Political Science. Mikaela has obtained additional certifications in PRINCE2 Practitioner and Foundation, ITIL Foundation, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow belt.
