Charles Nguyen

Charles Nguyen has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Charles worked at Mekonos Inc. as a Systems Integration Engineer starting in May 2022. Before that, they were a MEMS Fabrication Researcher at the same company, where they lithographically defined and developed MEMs devices using SOI wafers, developed lithography masks, and conducted RIE processes.

Prior to their time at Mekonos Inc., Charles worked as an Intern at Type A Machines from October 2014 to July 2016.

Charles also gained experience as a Combustion Engineer at Energant from November 2013 to May 2016. In this role, Charles monitored stove emissions in real-time, co-designed combustion chambers for a cook stove, and conducted water boiling tests to improve stove efficiency.

Charles Nguyen attended Chabot College from 2016 to 2019. During this time, they did not obtain a degree and did not specify a field of study. Subsequently, they enrolled at the University of California, Berkeley in 2019 and is expected to graduate in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, along with a minor in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
