Mekosha has been founded by Mr Ram Wasan. Ram was last the Managing Director of HVS international Asset Management &amp; Strategic Advisory. With vast experience in land acquisition, network development, strategic planning, P&L management, design and project management in F&B Retail, Real Estate and Hospitality Industry, Ram has handled projects ranging from Pan– India food service outlets to luxury hotels including The Manor, New Delhi India’s first designer boutique hotel.
