Vijay Krishna

Vijay Krishna has over 10 years of experience in various engineering and management roles. Vijay is currently serving as the Director of Product Development and Project Management at MEKRA Lang GmbH & Co. KG, where they are responsible for leading research and development, enhancing employee satisfaction, and implementing training programs. Before this, they held the position of Engineering Manager at the same company, where they successfully increased product performance and market competitiveness by managing product strategies and collaborating with customers for product improvement. Prior to that, Vijay worked as a Product Lifecycle Manager, Lead Design Engineer, and Design Engineer at MEKRA Lang, where they optimized document organization, spearheaded innovative product designs, and improved product quality and efficiency. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Iron Stop, where they designed consumer products, conducted analysis, and ensured product certification. Vijay also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Texas, coding optimization algorithms and building parallel processing capabilities. Vijay began their career as a Technical Lead at Osys Technologies, where they designed products for automobile and aerospace companies and worked on wind turbine blade optimization. Vijay also served as a Training Coordinator at Engineers and Engineers, conducting seminars and providing training to engineering colleges and companies.

Vijay Krishna holds a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, and a B.E degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Internal Auditor Training Course from PILLAR MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES in 2015.
