Ben Lepper

Ben Lepper, PhD, is currently serving as the Bridge of Hope Coordinator at Mel Trotter Ministries, where responsibilities include leading trainings for churches and acting as a case manager to support families at risk of homelessness. Prior experience includes roles at Cornerstone University as an instructor and Director of Teaching & Learning, focusing on faculty training and instructional innovation. Ben has also held positions in various educational settings, including as an adjunct professor at Southern Union State Community College and church administrator at The Intersection Ministries. With a PhD in Adult and Continuing Education from Auburn University and a Master of Divinity from Cornerstone University, Ben blends educational expertise with a strong commitment to community service.
