Eric Oswald, MBA

Eric Oswald, MBA has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Eric began their career as a Picker and Packer at Trek Bikes Corporation in 2008. In 2011, they took on a Sales Intern role at ADP and was later promoted to Small Business Consultant and District Manager. In 2014, they became a Regional Business Development Manager and Business Development Representative/Account Management at Drexel University Online. In 2015, they took on the role of National Account Executive at Apollo Education Group. In 2016, they became a Sales Executive at Vertical Screen, Inc. and in 2019 they became an Account Executive at Aspire Staffing Group. Most recently, in 2020, they assumed the roles of Vice President, E-commerce Sales, Director of Digital Sales, and E-commerce Consultant at Mela Artisans, where they launched the company onto the Amazon.com platform, grew sales from $0 to $1M+ run rate within 6 months of launch, managed all product launches and on platform listing optimization, and developed a multi-year growth strategy for the Amazon.com platform.

Eric Oswald completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Western International University in 2018, with a focus on Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science from Widener University in 2011, with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Management Information Systems. Eric completed their high school education from Kingsway Regional High School in 2007.
