Tim Sunwoo

Tim Sunwoo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and finance across the community housing and humanitarian sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Venture Housing Company, Tim oversees the management of 600 dwellings and the development of over 60 affordable housing units. Additionally, Tim is a Finance Audit and Risk Committee Member at Melaleuca Australia and has held various advisory and directorial positions, including Non Executive Director at YMCA NSW and Chief Executive Officer at both Havelock Housing Limited and Windgap Foundation. Tim's career in strategic management began at IAG and the Commonwealth Bank, following a solid educational background that includes a Master's Degree in International Affairs from Columbia University and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics from NYU Stern School of Business, complemented by an Executive Program in Corporate Strategy from Harvard Business School.
