Beate Boutwell has extensive work experience in the R&D and innovation field, spanning over several decades. Beate has held various roles in different companies, including Melaleuca: The Wellness Company, where they currently serve as the VP R&D Personal care. Prior to that, Beate worked as an Innovation Professional and SVP R&D Consumer Beauty at Coty, where they were responsible for product development globally in categories such as Color Cosmetics, Hair color, care and styling, Mass Fragrance, and Body care. Additionally, Beate held leadership positions at Oriflame and Creative Outsourcing Solutions International (COSi), where they further honed their skills in formulation development and technical management. Beate'searly career includes working in roles such as Technical Brand Manager at The Body Shop and Manufacturing Manager at Coty.
