Jace Poole

Jace Poole has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jace began their career at BGA International in 1985 as a Project Engineer. In 1990, they joined Melaleuca:The Wellness Company and held various positions, including Engineering Manager, Director of Plant Operations, and Director of Property Development. During this time, they played a significant role in the company's growth and success. In 2012, Jace Poole was promoted to Sr. Director of Property Development and recently became the Vice President of Engineering in July 2021. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in engineering and property development.

Jace Poole earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix from 1987 to 1989. Prior to that, they attended Brigham Young University from 1984 to 1985, studying Manufacturing Engineering Technology. From 1982 to 1984, Jace attended Ricks College, also studying Manufacturing Engineering Technology.
