Vishalini Vasudavan

Vishalini Vasudavan is a seasoned human resources professional with over 19 years of experience in HR management and recruitment. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Melaleuca: The Wellness Company since November 2011, Vishalini has held various HR roles including Human Resources Manager and Senior HR Generalist. Prior to Melaleuca, Vishalini worked as a Staffing Specialist at Dunham-Bush Holding Bhd, focusing on manpower planning and recruitment strategies. Earlier experience includes positions at CIMB as a Relationship Officer and Recruiter, where Vishalini customized HR programs and led recruitment functions, and at Citi as a Project Recruiter, responsible for hiring financial sales executives. Vishalini holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Curtin University and completed the American Degree Programme in Psychology at HELP University.
