Julio Dibwe Mupemba

Julio Dibwe MUPEMBA is a seasoned investment and financial consultant with extensive experience in startup investment, entrepreneurship, and financial advisory across France and Africa. Currently serving as an Investment Consultant at Toumaï Capital since March 2019, Julio also holds positions as an Investor and Board Member at Melanin Kapital and Co-Founder of the Africa Finance Bootcamp. Previous roles include Investment Director at Haskè Ventures, during which operational support and venture capital were provided for early-stage deals, and involvement with Investisseurs & Partenaires. Prior experience encompasses financial auditing at KPMG and EY, business development, and founding an online platform. Julio holds an Executive Master's degree from École Polytechnique and a Master's degree in Finance from KEDGE Business School.
