Agustina Costante

Agustina Costante has several years of experience in graphic design and creative roles. Agustina worked as a Lead Graphic Designer at Melboss Music, where they were responsible for coordinating the design team, creating assets for online and offline marketing campaigns, developing brandings, and designing infographics and graphics. Agustina was also a Chapter Leader Diseño at Encender and a Senior Graphic Designer at MWLB - Agencia Creativa Digital, where they designed content for social media platforms, digital platforms, mailings, and advertising campaigns.

In addition, Agustina held multiple roles at Encender, including Director of Operations - COO, where they optimized company operations and collaborated with the CFO to ensure functional scalability. Agustina was also the Director of Design and Web Development, leading a team of 12 designers and web developers in developing high-complexity pieces and campaigns. Prior to that, they served as a Digital Design Manager and Graphic Designer at Encender.

Agustina also worked as a freelance graphic designer, focusing on various design projects. Before that, they gained experience as a Secretary/Public Relations at the Augustinian School of English and as a Substitute English Teacher at Colegio Agustiniano.

Agustina Costante graduated from UADE in 2012 with a degree in Graphic Design, specializing in Communication and Design. In 2014, they completed a professional course in Visual Explanations at the University of Buenos Aires. Later, in 2015, they pursued a postgraduate degree at the University of Buenos Aires in Design and Brand Management. In 2017, Agustina attended Image Campus for a professional training program in Motion Graphics.
