Ian Cartlidge

Ian Cartlidge has a diverse work experience starting as a Data Analyst at Hay Group in 1993. Over the years, they progressed through various roles within Hay Group, including Team Leader, Manager, and General Manager. Ian later moved on to Korn Ferry, where they held roles as a Senior Consultant, Associate Principal, and Principal. Currently, Ian is the Head of People & Rewards at Melbourne Airport, where they were previously the Head of Remuneration & Benefits.

Ian Cartlidge completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mathematics at RMIT University from 1988 to 1991. In 1994, they studied Human Resources at Charles Sturt University.
