Amy Hickman is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the education and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Melbourne College of Further Education since January 2018, Amy leads a division focused on individual support, childcare, and tertiary preparation. Concurrently, as CEO of Hunters and Disciples, a café and restaurant in West Melbourne, Amy oversees initiatives that provide job experience for students. Previously, Amy held the position of Director & CEO at Serve It Up, where responsibilities included training and development in hospitality. Prior experience includes a Program Manager role at The Meridian International Hotel School and a Concept Manager position at Village Cinemas. Amy holds an MBA from Deakin University and additional qualifications in retail management and training assessment.
