Melissa Allen

Melissa Allen currently serves as the Head of Teaching & Learning at Wadhurst, Melbourne Grammar School, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Melissa spent eleven years at Haileybury, where responsibilities included Head of Teaching & Learning for the Middle School, Deputy Head of Boys Middle School at Newlands, and English & Humanities Teacher. Melissa holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Monash University, obtained between January 2019 and December 2020, and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Deakin University, completed from January 2010 to December 2013.
