Ceilidh Dill has had a diverse range of work experiences in the field of pharmacy. Ceilidh started their career as a pharmacist at Blooms The Chemist in 2010, and then moved on to work as a compounding pharmacist at the Melbourne Compounding Centre in 2011. Later that year, they joined C. Wallis & Son Chemist as a pharmacist until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a managing partner at another Blooms The Chemist. In 2017, they joined Alfred Health as a clinical pharmacist, where they worked until 2021. During their time at Alfred Health, they also had a brief stint as a pharmacist at Stotts Pharmacy. In 2020, they joined Western Health as a dispensary manager and subsequently held various roles including eMeds pharmacist, senior pharmacist, and clinical coordinator pharmacy services. Their most recent position, as of 2023, is serving as the lead pharmacist at The Royal Melbourne Hospital.

Ceilidh Dill has a diverse education history. In 1999, they completed their Year 12 education at Radford College. Following this, from 2005 to 2009, Ceilidh attended the University of Sydney, where they obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree, specializing in Pharmacy. Subsequently, in 2009 and 2010, they pursued a certificate IV in Small Business Management from Cengage Education, with a focus on Small Business Administration/Management. Moving forward to 2020 to 2022, Ceilidh attended Monash University, acquiring a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Pharmacy, specializing in Clinical Pharmacy. Lastly, their most recent educational endeavor occurred from 2023 to 2026, where Ceilidh pursued a Master of Health Leadership and Management/Master of Public Health degree from UNSW.
