Erin Bicknell

Erin Bicknell's work experience includes a role as a Grade 4 Clinical Lead Physiotherapist at The Royal Melbourne Hospital since August 2021. Prior to this, Erin co-created the A Neuro Physio Podcast in 2019. Erin also worked at Western Health, where they held positions as a Service Manager - Community Based Rehabilitation from October 2020 to August 2021 and as a Senior Clinician Physiotherapist - Neurology from September 2016 to August 2021. Other roles held by Erin include a Band 7 Locum Physiotherapist at the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit from November 2015 to April 2016, Physiotherapist (Neurological) at Burscough Neuro Physiotherapy from June 2015 to April 2016, and various Locum Physiotherapist positions at Intermediate Care & Rapid Response Team, Intermediate Care Ward Liverpool Community Health, and Pain Management Service in 2015 and 2014. Erin started their career as a Gr 2 Physiotherapist in Neurological Rehabilitation at Western Health from September 2011 to March 2014, and also worked as a Weekend Casual Physiotherapist at the same institution from March 2011 to September 2011. During this time, Erin worked as a Gr 2 Physiotherapist at Dorset Rehabilitation from March 2011 to March 2014.

Erin Bicknell completed their Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours at the University of Melbourne from 2006-2009. Erin then pursued their Master of Rehabilitation, specializing in Neurological Physiotherapy, at the Australian Catholic University from 2016-2020. Currently, Erin is furthering their education at the Australian College of Physiotherapists, where they are working towards obtaining the title of Physiotherapist in the field of Neurological Physiotherapy.
