Karen Folan

Karen Folan is an experienced nursing and operations professional with a career spanning over a decade at The Royal Melbourne Hospital. Since June 2009, Karen has held various leadership positions, including Deputy Director of Nursing and Operations and Nurse Unit Manager, overseeing trauma and elective orthopaedic units. Responsibilities have included interim management of trauma, reconstructive plastic surgery, and oncology wards, along with staff development and operational improvements.
