Laszlo Poor

Laszlo Poor has over 18 years of diverse experience in customer service and operations. Currently serving as a Switchboard Operator at Melbourne Health since January 2005, Laszlo manages phone calls, email communications, page notifications, and two-way radio communications while updating information as needed. Previously, Laszlo worked as a Head Waiter (Supervisor) at La Mirage Receptions from January 2000 to January 2007, overseeing the coordination of staff for various events and providing support across departments. Earlier experience includes a role as Car Detailer/Supervisor at Wet N Wild Car Wash from November 1996 to January 2000, where responsibilities encompassed customer service, cashier duties, and vehicle detailing. Laszlo holds a VCE/Year 12 from Redden Catholic College and attended Victoria University from 1997 to 1998.
