Ray Swann is an accomplished educational leader and researcher with extensive experience in promoting positive masculinity and improving educational practices. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the Foundation for Positive Masculinity, Ray Swann focuses on developing authentic and connected young men through the +M program. As Director of the Crowther Centre at Brighton Grammar, Ray Swann engages in data development and professional learning initiatives. In addition to occupying the role of Deputy Headmaster at Brighton Grammar, Ray Swann is involved in various educational and psychological initiatives, including serving as an Honorary Fellow at the University of Melbourne and an Honorary Lecturer at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. Ray Swann also hosts "The Understanding Boys Podcast," discussing the modern concept of masculinity, and directs the award-winning Identity Theatre Company, which emphasizes self-hood and identity in the arts.
