Megan O'Reilly currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, Chief People & Australian Open Officer, and Director of People and Culture at Melbourne & Olympic Parks since April 2021. Concurrently, Megan is a member of the Global Institute of Sport's Industry Advisory Board and the owner of STRONG Pilates. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of People at AFL - Australian Football League, Senior Diversity and Inclusion Specialist at Newcrest Mining, and various HR management positions at Officeworks and other organizations. Megan holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics from La Trobe University.
