Latoyah Forsyth is an accomplished leader in the arts and culture sector with over a decade of experience, currently serving as the Director of Engagement and Experience at Melbourne Recital Centre since August 2012. Latoyah has a proven track record in strategic planning, marketing, digital leadership, and audience development, having led various departments to navigate significant changes and drive organizational growth. In addition to ongoing roles as a Board Member for Music Victoria and Chair of the Board for the Emerging Writers’ Festival, Latoyah contributes as Vice President of the Australia & New Zealand Tessitura Regional Users Conference. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Communications & Media Studies from Monash University, along with specialized leadership and governance training from various institutions.
