Holly Wighton is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in people and culture management and operational support within various organizations. Currently serving as the People and Culture Officer at Melbourne Symphony Orchestra since February 2025, Holly has previously held significant roles such as People & Culture Business Support at Portable and Operations Manager at The Front Project, where a focus on enhancing early learning systems was paramount. Holly's earlier career includes leadership positions at meldCX and a decade-long tenure at Nightlife Music, contributing to substantial improvements in financial management and stakeholder relationships.
