Craig Ellison

Craig Ellison is the current Chief Operating Officer at Melbourne Venue Company. Prior to this, they were with Open Door Pub Co for 10 years, where they were instrumental in helping the company grow to become one of the largest non-gaming hospitality companies in Australia, with a portfolio of 16 venues in Melbourne and two venues at Sydney Airport.

Before that, Craig was with Walkabout Inn Group for 8 years, where they oversaw the day-to-day running of multiple venues as National Operations Manager, including management of all major KPI's, marketing control & extensive brand roll out.

Craig Ellison reports to Paul Waterson, CEO. They are on a team with Kylie Moncur - Chief Marketing Officer, Marianne Mewett - Chief Experience Officer, and Sam Lewis - GM, Procurement, Projects & Analytics.
