Nicholas Crosbie

Nicholas Crosbie has over 15 years of experience in water management and research, currently serving as the Manager of Recycled Water & IWM Research at Melbourne Water since 2008. In this role, Nicholas provides technical expertise and strategic guidance to enhance water recycling initiatives and integrated water management, focused on improving operational efficiency and managing associated risks. Previous positions include Senior Catchment & Water Quality Planner and Senior Risk Planner (Water Quality) at Melbourne Water, as well as Co-founder and Chief Technical Officer at Inivai Technologies, a medical software development company, and Senior Research Associate at Ocean Genome Legacy, Inc. Nicholas holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Marine Botany from James Cook University and a B.Sc.(Hons) in Botany and Zoology from Monash University.
