Shae Louise Abel

Shae Louise Abel is an accomplished Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Manager at Melbourne Water since June 2023, with a strong background in promoting LGBTIQ+ inclusion as the Founder and Director of With Pride, which offers various health and wellness services globally. Abel previously managed the Welcoming & Inclusion Strategy at Windermere Child and Family Services and has held various project management roles, including directing for GLOBE and JOY 94.9, and managing health department operations at Mornington Village Pharmacy. With extensive experience in psychosocial rehabilitation, outreach support, and holistic health, Abel holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Science (Naturopathy) and an Advanced Diploma in Social Science (Justice).
