Stuart Crofts

Stuart Crofts is the General Manager at Monadelphous, where they oversee various leadership responsibilities within the Engineering Construction Division. They previously served as General Manager for Thiess, managing multi-discipline operations for major LNG and iron ore projects, and held executive roles at companies such as UGL Limited, WorleyParsons, and Brierty Limited, where they led significant business transformations. Stuart's expertise extends to providing advisory services in the resources, energy, and infrastructure sectors. They are currently pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Chemical Engineering at the University of Exeter.
