Bonnie Ip

Bonnie Ip currently serves as the VP of Gaming Innovation, Campaigns & Programs at Melco Resorts & Entertainment, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this, Bonnie Ip spent nearly nine years at MGM MACAU in various roles, including Executive Director of Campaigns & Promotions and Executive Director of Customer Experience & Digital Marketing, where responsibilities included implementing digital solutions and enhancing membership engagement. Earlier experience includes positions at The Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel, BPM Financial Modelling, BDO in Australia, and BDO Kendalls, covering areas such as casino marketing, financial modelling, corporate finance, and auditing. Bonnie Ip holds an Honours degree in Accounting and Finance from Monash University.
