Francesca Galante

Francesca Galante is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. As Co-Founder and Partner at First Growth - FGREF since 2010, Francesca has played a pivotal role in the firm's development. In addition, Francesca serves as an Independent Non Executive Director at Melco Resorts & Entertainment since September 2018. Previous roles include Director in Executive Director Real Estate Finance at UBS from 2005 to 2010, Associate at Soros Fund Management and Affiliates from 2000 to 2004, and Analyst at Merrill Lynch from 1998 to 2000. Francesca holds a Master in Finance from ESCP Business School, as well as an MSG from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
